First you need to start off with a base 700x700 px
im going to use a grunge pattern one, but you can use a color or pattern if you want



Make a new raster layer and put down a few circle brushes with one of your patterns



continue making a new raster layer for each color and put down as many layers as you would like



















here is an verview of what you layer palette should look like



Now go layer by layer and add a new selction border to each target slightly offset



Now make a new raster layer right above your base layer and add some floral brushes in one of your darker patterns



Make another raser layer above that layer and add some paisley stamps in a dark color



At the top of your layer palette make a new raster layer andput down some swirly line stamps in a dark color to outline your blog



make another new raster layer right below your previous layer and color in the border with white and set that layer to 63% opacity



now add a psd



make a new raster layer at the very top and put on THIS texture and set the layer to screen
and now you are done :D yay!
